Synopsis:
On the way bringing her two daughters to Hong Kong to meet their father (Kong Soh), Chi Shu lost her youngest daughter Hoi Lan. 20 years later, Hoi Lan is the adopted daughter of a doctor couple and studies drama in a college. Meanwhile, Hoi Chiu (eldest daughter) becomes a lawyer.
Hoi Lan has a best friend named Lok Tin Yi. But their friendship ends when Tin Yi betrays her. Out of fate, Hoi Lan meets and admits her mother Chi Shu, and follows her to Hong Kong. However, she's full of rage when she sees Hoi Chiu as she believes it's her sister's fault for her kidnap. She even competes with Hoi Chiu for his sister's boyfriend, Zhan Yu. Zhan Yu is the adopted son of a tycoon, who has another two biological sons.
During one ocassion, Hoi Lan is raped by Zhan Tong, Zhan Yu's brother. Nevertheless, she's forced not to report to police by her money-minded father for his own benefits. When she knows about it, her personality becomes even extreme. She starts to plot her revenge against Zhan Tong and Hoi Chiu...
